Message from Dr. O P Bajpai, Vice Chancellor, IU Himachal Pradesh

Welcome to the ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh. The University has a beautifully landscaped campus at Himuda Educational Hub, Barotiwala, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh with a built-up area of 2 lakh sq. ft, comprising classroom-cum-lecture halls, laboratories, workshops, computer labs, auditorium, faculty rooms, library, cafeteria, etc.

The University is grateful to the Government of Himachal Pradesh for their continuous support and encouragement. The University conducted B.Tech, B.Com, BBA and MBA programs during the academic year. The University will be starting a large number of new Post-Graduate and Undergraduate programs in Engineering, Arts, Sciences, Commerce and Management duly sanctioned by the State Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.

The University follows “Case & Project Based Study” method of teaching and learning with the emphasis of education on “Enhancing Employability Skills” of the students by improving their communication skills and problem solving abilities.

The core areas of the University continue to be research and innovation besides teaching. The University is also committed to improving the quality of social life in the surrounding areas through community service. We also assure that we shall emerge as a premier research-led and employment- oriented higher educational institution of repute in Himachal Pradesh within a short span of time.
