The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, has been established under the provision of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Establishment and Regulation) Act 2011 (Act No. 43 of 2011) passed by the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh on June 17, 2011.
The University is sponsored by The ICFAI Society - a not-for-profi t educational society established in 1984.
The ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh has a beautifully landscaped campus at Himuda Educational Hub, Barotiwala, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh with a built-up area of 2 lakh sq. ft, comprising classroom-cum-lecture halls, laboratories, workshops, computer labs, auditorium, faculty rooms, library, cafeteria, etc.

Faculty of Management

Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), is a constituent of the ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh.
FMS offers management and commerce programs with latest pedagogy at UG, PG & Doctoral levels namely BBA, BBA (Logistics), B.Com, MBA and M.Com programs. FMS is focused on creating the leaders for tomorrow.

Faculty of Information Technology

Faculty of Law

Faculty of Law is a constituent of the ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh and is established with an objective of developing a new generation of legal professionals through comprehensive and contemporary body of knowledge integrating law with Management / Humanities and through rigorous education and research programs.
Faculty of Law at present offers 5 year integrated BA-LL.B. (Hons.), BBA-LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.B. (3 Year) programs. Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences

Knowledge and skills play a crucial role in finding the solutions to various challenges associated with the management of diseases.
The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences forms a key component of the ICFAI University Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences is affiliated with the Pharmacy Council of India.

The State of Himachal Pradesh is truly a Dev Bhoomi. The ICFAI Society was founded under the visionary leadership of Sh. N.J. Yasaswy ji (1950-2011) in the year 1984 as a not-for-profit society.
